Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the rules and regulations of personal care products no items may be returned. We will work with you to evaluate any concerns. This may require, but are not limited to, photographs of the product(s) of concern. Please understand natural and hand-crafted items may appear with imperfections in color and shape. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund as-is items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the performance of a product you may be eligible for a free exchange of a product of equal or lesser value. Contact us at Balancenaturalslife@gmail.com to see if you qualify. Shipping rates may apply.


Refunds
If you qualify for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
